Floors look like they haven't been cleaned in years. Front door of room doesn't seal shut. Towels that are supposed to be clean are all stained and they hardly even have a proper supply of towels. Also the laundry room looks terribly unorganized. Blankets in the room have lots of burn holes from cigarettes. One light fixture is about to fall apart. Walls look like they haven't been cleaned in a long time. The mattress sleeps mediocre at best. The room smells terribly musty and the overall outside of the hotel looks in terrible shape. Way over priced for what I've experienced and certainly won't ever stay here again if I can help it and definitely would never encourage anyone to bring there business here. To bad one can't give them a 0 rating or I certainly would. It is honestly probably the worst motel I've ever stayed at.

I'm a little pissed it took me 2 whole days to realize that, while turning the shower all the way to "hot" produced cold water, the inverse was also true. For some reason.

Stayed here with my husband and daughter. The check-in was pretty straightforward. It was absolutely no one at the hotel for some reason. They place this on the very back end and I had just had surgery so that was really inconvenient when I asked to switch they said that they were full. I hadn’t seen more than three people at a time. You’ve been staying here for a week. I ended up asking for a refund cause I wanted to go somewhere else and they said they don’t have the money anymore. Also, they took my entire deposit even though we found glass from clearly a bubble in the bathroom. I spend hours cleaning this room and it is absolutely rancid the front desk man Mike would walk past our window and braid me once my husband would go to work. He even made a sexual comment as a black woman. I will say that disgusted by this place. Also, he refused to get a new key even though I have a key. I just needed it to be Roomate because I had it by my phone disengage refuse to give me a new key stating they don’t give out new keys even though I wasn’t asking for a new key last thing I’ll say is they demand ID from any guest for visitors which I understand is a huge precaution but I got so bad that when my husband came home from work at 5 AM Mike calls me screaming my husband, obviously paid for the room and came downstairs and he switched up his attitude there was three separate occasions that he would My husband wasn’t around, absolutely uncomfortable and traumatic experience to say I will not be going back. Don’t waste your time or money.

The room was not clean at all the mold on the wall and dust everywhere. Not to mention, it's called a vacuate cleaner. Was told at the front desk that it's one bath towel per room.

Booked a week out, called early to let them know we would be arriving late, they said it was okay but when we got there they still gave our room away to someone else. They kicked out another reservation to get us a room.

Do not waste your money here! You’re better off staying literally anywhere else. Unfortunately all the other hotels in the area were sold out this weekend. Not a single thing in the room was clean. EVERYTHING was stained and broken, our sheets had stains and multiple rips, even the shower curtain had a giant cigarette burn! The AC unit was covered in melted sticky liquid and had gum wedged in it. The carpet also had multiple dark sticky stains, looks like it hasn’t been cleaned ever. We had to go to the store to buy our own sheets and cleaning products, just to feel okay staying the night! I don’t expect a motel to be fancy, or perfect but this was ridiculously disgusting. Felt like a practical joke. Pls don’t bother even if you’re desperate, you’re better off camping or staying in your car .
